REBECCA Redman
Rebecca started her career as a professional performer, working on a variety of contracts from Nickelodeon TV to Polydor music videos, including Sophie Ellis Bextor’s ‘Murder on the Dancefloor’ hit.
She has danced for numerous production companies across the U.K including Qdos, Moscow State Circus, Chaplin’s & Hammond and was the original ‘Candi’ in Butlins Skyline Gang.
Rebecca is also the voice of Little Miss Sunshine for the Mr. Men tour and has spent many seasons singing with Blues Brothers Inc at Bourne, Haven, Warner and Park Holiday resorts.
Her love for dance inspired her to train to Associate level with the I.D.T.A, complete her fitness qualifications and go on to launch her local business, Funk Fusion Fitness and more recently The Abbey Dance Academy.
SAMMI ORR
Sammi is trained in all styles of dance from tap to jazz, modern to street and has also performed in many showcases across the south, most recently with the ‘Xfactor’ star Stacy Solomon.
She is an Associate level I.S.T.D teacher and fully qualified in ETM (exercise to music), Supple Strength, Choreography & Conditioning and Bokwa.
Her commitment to helping the younger generation keep fit has linked her closely with councils in the area promoting well being programmes across the South East. She excels with our younger participants and has vast experience working in the school sector.
Sammi qualified in Zumba in 2011 and is thrilled to be working with Funk Fusion Fitness as they bring the party to the South East!
SARAH RUUSUVUORI
Sarah trained at ‘The Centre’ Performing Arts College in London where she gained her Associate dance teacher’s qualifications with the I.S.T.D.
Since graduating, she has danced professionally on various touring shows for Qudos, Hammond Productions, Warner Holidays and Chessington World of Adventures.
She has also appeared as the ‘high kicking cowgirl’ for The London Broncos official cheerleading squad!
Sarah is a fully qualified level 3 Pilates and ETM (Exercise To Music) instructor, specialising in pre and post natal. She teaches a wide variety of classes for young children right the way through to the older adult but particularly enjoys Zumba as ‘its a fun way to get fit and has great rhythms!’
CHARLOTTE HOY
Charlotte graduated from the Kent Stage Academy for the Performing Arts in 2013 where she was awarded the ATCL diploma in Musical Theatre-distinction.
She has danced professionally for show teams in Cyprus, Warner leisure holidays and various pantomimes as well as acting for theatre, adverts and short films.
Choreography and teaching are a passion of Charlotte’s and she enjoys a variety of styles of dance from ballet, jazz, street, tap and now Zumba! She thanks the team at Funk Fusion Fitness for their support as she continues to take steps into the fitness industry.
MOLLY MOYSE
Molly has danced from the age of 2, training at The Janice Blake School of Dancing and Amanda Lacey Theatre Arts. She is trained in many different disciplines of dance including ballet, tap, modern and lyrical.
Throughout Molly’s dancing career she has competed at a high standard around the UK representing the South Of England on numerous occasions and competing in the Miss Dance of Great Britain held at the Blackpool Winter Gardens.
Molly studied at Bexhill College from 2011-2013 where she was awarded a Level 2 National Diploma in Performing Arts.
Molly completed and qualified as an IDTA Associate ballet teacher in May 2018. She is also a level 2 qualified ETM, Fitness Pilates, Balletfit and Zumba instructor. She loves teaching classes to both adults and children and is grateful to Funk Fusion Fitness for all the fun experiences.
MILLIE JOLLEY
Millie is a first class Performing Arts and Dance BA (Hons) graduate from the University of Chichester.
She has a breadth of experience and has been involved in various showcases and professional touring productions such as Swan Lake and La Traviata. Notably she worked professionally with BBC star Gareth Malone in the premier stage production of ‘Knight Crew’ opera performed at Glyndebourne.
Millie has also featured in the television series ‘Gareth goes to Glyndebourne’ broadcast on BBC 2.
At University Millie was a member the Chichester Cheetahs Cheerleading team which represented the University at competitions in the U.K and abroad.
Over the last year Millie has worked closely with a disabled school in Brighton which has helped her understanding of what can be achieve through dance. Her interests in helping the younger generation extends beyond the dance studio and in 2014 she helped raise over £1000 for ‘Charity for Kids’ based in the South East!
Millie is delighted to be joining the Funk Fusion Fitness team
BETH TUFF
Beth had danced since the age of 3, training in various styles including modern, tap and jazz. She’s worked her way through the grades whilst also participating in many stage productions.
Since 2019 Beth has attended East Sussex college where she has gained her level 2 Gym Instructing qualification and both her level 3 BTEC National (Foundation and Extended) Diploma in sport where she achieved triple distinction. Currently she is working towards her level 3 Personal Training. In October 2021 Beth qualified in Zumba Instructing.
From an early age Beth was introduced to Funk Fusion Fitness where she participated in children’s Zumba, she is now so excited to
have the opportunity to introduce dance and fitness to young children.

Lyndsey Gregory
Lyndsey is a Teesside University Graduate who gained a BA(hons) in Performance & Events Production, where she studied dance as her major.
Holly Gooch
Holly has danced for as long as she can remember, competing successfully in a wide range of competitions winning medals and trophies across the country and appearing in local pantomimes including Qdos and Hammond Productions.
At a young age Holly appeared in Coppelia for The English Youth Ballet and realised her passion for dancing. She attended Bexhill College where she was awarded a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Musical Theatre. Whilst at college Holly was selected to be an assistant choreographer for BBC Blast, which instilled her love for teaching. Holly’s love for performing has seen her work in hotels abroad and also appear on our screens. Her TV & film credits include BBC, ITV and Netflix. She can be seen in Keith Lemons ITV Sketch Show, working alongside Keith Lemon, Paddy McGuinness, Fearne Cotton and Emily Atack, Disney’s Christopher Robin working alongside Ewan McGregor and in Guinder Chadha’s film Blinded By The Light, joining forces with Rob Brydon and Sally Phillips. Holly continues to work in this field to this day.
Holly trained at Chichester College gaining ISTD & DDI teaching qualifications in both Tap and Modern Theatre. She is so excited to bring her enthusiasm for dance and teaching children to Funk Fusion Fitness!
Naomi Wareham
Naomi is a skilled dance teacher with a wealth of experience in delivering classes to children. She is looking forward to joining the Funk Fusion Fitness team and working with her groups towards the Time to Dance festival at The White Rock Theatre.
Lucy Miller
After completing her professional training in London and graduating in 2008 with a BA Honours degree in Theatre Dance from the prestigious London Studio Centre, Lucy has enjoyed a hugely successful career in Musical Theatre.
She has performed in London’s West End in shows such as CHICAGO (Ensemble/Cover Velma Kelly) and GUYS & DOLLS (Swing/Cover Sarah Brown/Assistant Dance Captain) as well as in numerous UK and International touring productions such as TOP HAT (Ensemble/Cover Dale Tremont), 42nd STREET (Ensemble/Cover Dorothy Brock), HAIRSPRAY (Ensemble/Cover Penny), WHITE CHRISTMAS (Ensemble/Cover Judy), JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT (Ensemble) and SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN (Ensemble/Cover Kathy Selden).
Lucy was also an Assistant Choreographer for the 42nd STREET Charity Concert at the London Palladium.
After nearly a decade of performing herself, Lucy
moved into helping other young, aspiring performers achieve their dreams by becoming a Dance and Musical Theatre Tutor. She has been a guest adjudicator at competitions and taught at numerous schools and programmes in both the UK and USA, bringing her knowledge and expertise to the next generation of performers.
